My perceived needs and areas of interest shifted multiple times. Ted was always quick to adapt and very accommodating, just a quick text message away. He is genuine and straightforward, and I never felt pressured into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. In the end, us zeroing in a condo complex I'd expressed interest in led to him putting feelers out and finding a listing for sale by owner – the very place I'm currently moving into now! Highly recommended.
