Shortly after meeting him he helped us navigate the purchase of a property on Ladys Island. Recently we decided to purchase a home in addition to the property. Will helped us put contracts on a few homes until the right home became availible. His local knowledge of Lawyers, Financing, Home Inspectors and various contractors helped us get the best deal. What helped most was Will teaching us patience with the process. When the perfect house slipped away he kept telling us that another one just a nice is around the corner. Then our perfect house showed up and we purchased it.
