Seller reviewYolla Zogheib was very professional and caring for all my needs. She helpled with staging my house to show great potential. She was empathetic, knowledgeable, supportive and always available. There were many times I needed her help with sale of my house and personal issues. I could always count on her even when she was busy helping other client. she always took time to help me as if I was her only client. Encouraged me from start to finish. Yolla is still proving me assistance with whatever I need to finalize my move-in at new location and has offered to continue to help until I am fully settled in. SHE IS THE BEST AGENT

Working with Yolla took off a lot of stress as we knew we could trust her 100% since she had our best interests at heart. She was so reliable, responsive, and timely with negotiating and obtaining information on our behalf. We wouldn't have trusted anyone else to help us in our home buying process and decision. Seller reviewYolla Zogheib made the sales of our house as easy as possible from the start to closing. Yolla's knowledge of the sales market, value assessment and sales strategy are right on target. She made sure the house was picture ready; she takes amazing pictures. The online advertising verbiage and pictures were beautifully designed that would appeal to any buyer. Her knowledge made it easy to deal with the inspections, vendors and the whole escrow process, she held our hands through the whole process; a true professional in her field. She was always ready to accommodate our tight working schedule and meet us to sign documents. She never made us feel dumb when we didn't understand some of the escrow verbiage or the process. I truly would recommend Yolla Zogheib to relatives and friends. I wish all agents were as easy to work with as Yolla.
