Mark is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served throughout the world in the United States Army. In his last position, as an Equal Opportunity Program Manager, he instituted key programs adopted Army wide. He is innovative and always searching for ways to provide better customer service.
He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree with a with specialization in Marketing from Saint Bonaventure University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Mark is also a certified, advanced mediator and skilled negotiator trained by the Justice Center of Atlanta. He prides himself in honesty and having the ability to make complicated matters easily understood by all parties.
He is a member of the American Legion, Military Officers Association of America and lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association. His wife, YuKyong, and son, Kristopher live in Evans, Georgia. His son is a top junior golfer.

Before I came to the real estate profession, I worked in the medical field for years as a Registered Nurse in China and as a Phlebotomist at MCG. My family has lived in North America for 16 years. In 2004, we bought our first home in the CSRA. Since then, exploring the housing market has become part of my daily routine. I came to enjoy spending time driving around neighborhoods to look at houses. After years of looking at houses as a hobby, I decided to buy an investment property that manifested my dreams. My family and I worked on every aspect of that house one step at a time to make it fabulous.
Some hobbies I have other than real estate include discovering antiques, art, decoration, spending time with my kids and encouraging them to be the best they can be. When the kids go to college, I want to live on a large area of land with a pond. There will be horses, goats and gardens on the property. This is my next dream.
