Mark is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served throughout the world in the United States Army. In his last position, as an Equal Opportunity Program Manager, he instituted key programs adopted Army wide. He is innovative and always searching for ways to provide better customer service.
He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree with a with specialization in Marketing from Saint Bonaventure University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Mark is also a certified, advanced mediator and skilled negotiator trained by the Justice Center of Atlanta. He prides himself in honesty and having the ability to make complicated matters easily understood by all parties.
He is a member of the American Legion, Military Officers Association of America and lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association. His wife, YuKyong, and son, Kristopher live in Evans, Georgia. His son is a top junior golfer.

Before I came to the real estate profession, I worked in the medical field for years as a Registered Nurse in China and as a Phlebotomist at MCG. My family has lived in North America for 16 years. In 2004, we bought our first home in the CSRA. Since then, exploring the housing market has become part of my daily routine. I came to enjoy spending time driving around neighborhoods to look at houses. After years of looking at houses as a hobby, I decided to buy an investment property that manifested my dreams. My family and I worked on every aspect of that house one step at a time to make it fabulous.
Some hobbies I have other than real estate include discovering antiques, art, decoration, spending time with my kids and encouraging them to be the best they can be. When the kids go to college, I want to live on a large area of land with a pond. There will be horses, goats and gardens on the property. This is my next dream.
I've always been a big fan of real estate. No matter if I'm selling, buying, fixing, remodeling, or finding houses, real estate is my passion and love. Being in real estate truly completes my life.

Katie May is an Augusta native who has also resided in other areas of the country such as Colorado and Ohio. She and her husband moved back to the area in 2012 when he accepted an offer to relocate to Plant Vogtle. Katie is no stranger to the real estate business and to the area. Her father was a real estate developer in Augusta and the surrounding areas for close to 45 years, and her mother is a local business owner of a women's boutique in the Summerville area of Augusta. Katie's experience includes sales in the aviation industry for Boeing as well as fashion sales. She graduated from the University of Georgia and has studied at the Lorenzo de Medici School in Florence, Italy. In 2001, she was awarded a Fulbright-Hays scholarship to study at the University of Natal in South Africa where she immersed herself in studying local cultures.
Katie and her husband are avid travelers. She also enjoys cooking and hiking with her two beloved dogs! She takes pride in helping others; having moved across the country, she understands the needs of those relocating to the area. My husband and I met in high school and got married soon after graduation. Our two beautiful children soon followed and God set our lives in motion. I love to garden, decorate, cook and read. However, today my hobbies include finding lost cleats, gloves and homework, chauffeuring, warming up pitchers, chaperoning and motivating my children to enthusiastically do their best.
