Wisdom, dedication, and honesty are three words that would best describe a few of my traits. I am a native Chicagoan with roots all across the city and suburbs. As a child I lived in Humboldt Park until the age of 11 and moved to the Lakeview area, (onlyif my parents would have purchased those three commercial buildings!), Portage Park, Jefferson Park, and now the Belmont-Cragin neighborhood.
In addition to living in various parts of the north and northwest side, family members were very well dispersed in the Chicagoland area, and has been an asset in being familiar with areas as far north as Waukegan, as far south as Richton Park, as far west as the growing town of Oswego and everything in between.
Growing up in Chicago meant that I attended public schools, first at Moose Elementary, then Hamilton Elementary, and Von Steuben Metropolitan Science Center for High School.
As a college student I attended Columbia College for my freshman year and finished off at Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Immediately upon graduation I reenrolled at Northeastern where I later earned myMaster's degree as a Reading Specialist. Currently, I am in the process of obtaining my doctoral degree in administration and supervision.
The study of homes and the marketplace is also something that I am intrigued with. I have always admired the hidden diamonds that I had driven by since I was a child and having the opportunity to show them and make someone's dream come true today is marvelous.
I first became an agent five years ago in 2002 working with Coldwell Banker, then First Chicago Real Estate, and now Century 21 SGR, where every client is special. My reputation as a sincerely hardworking agent has brought me a steady stream of client s, where they become a part of my family and friends.

The past ten years of my life have been devoted to my family and my career in restaurants. The first position I held in the restaurant field was in the kitchen. Cooking is a skill that takes extreme focus and although it was an intense environment, I enjoyed being pushed to my limits on a daily basis. After cooking in kitchens that ranked top 20 worldwide, I transitioned to the beverage sector as a Sommelier at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Between 2009 and 2014, I became a proud father of three beautiful children.
Working to be the best in the country provides a wealth of experience handling criticism and complaints. Entering into real estate will give me the opportunity to use my experience with guest service relations and allow me to grow as an entrepreneur.
Growing as a restaurant professional has given me opportunities to expand my skills into many areas of guest services under the daily grind of the business. Being able to isolate problems and find a solution while under the gaze of guests and influential employers has been my focus for the past two years. The opportunities to go above and beyond are also a daily occurrence. Determining what a guest wants or needs without them verbally communicating specifics is a great tool and will positive word of mouth. It has been a great time of growth and education for me.
As a new broker, being able to determine a successful niche has created a personal debate. I will put my efforts in three areas. First will be my sphere of influence. Utilizing those who know me best is important to building my business. Second, I will focus on two neighborhoods: the West Loop and the West Village. I will put efforts into introducing myself to community groups while learning everything there is to know about the social, economical, and governmental breakdowns. The final focus will be on real estate investors. I plan to become an investor myself, and this is a sector that will create countless opportunities through networking and steadfast hard work.
