As a member of the Century 21 Central team, I bring a wealth of unique experience with me. With over fifteen years of building approximately 125 homes and having developed subdivisions in the Midland, Auburn, Freeland and Saginaw Township areas, I am quite comfortable in guiding clients in these areas. I currently own and manage several upscale rental properties as well as mini-storage facilities.
I'm a lifelong Midland resident with a wealth of knowledge concerning the governmental, educational, social and recreational opportunities, not only in Midland, but also in the surrounding townships and counties. Aside from these pursuits, I have been and currently coach my children's baseball, basketball and soccer teams and provide help with one of the local high school football teams.
I firmly believe that my diverse and knowledgeable background, as well as my history of dealing with local clients, parents and children would be a natural fit with any future clients who may need real estate services.
I, Bill Kuehne, am a native of Midland, Michigan and have been a Realtor since 1998. I am a co-owner and Realtor for CENTURY 21 Central. I currently serve on the Midland Board of Realtors as a Director, as well as on the Grievance Committee, Finance Committee and the MLS Committee. In my real estate career I have been a greater than million dollar sales producer for the last three years.
Before becoming a Realtor, I worked for Dow Corning Corporation for 35 years before retiring. While at Dow Corning, I held various management positions and was credited with earning three Manufacturing Achievement awards for improving Processes and for bringing the ability to purchase by means of E-commerce for each employee.
I spent four years in the United States Air Force where I received four years of computer training and inventory management. My wife, Pat, and I have been married for 43 years and have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.
