Ron Schwolsky, LEED AP, BPI BA, hails from New York City and after college had a successful career on Wall Street working in International Finance as a Money Market Broker. In 1986 Ron was assigned to open a satellite office in Los Angeles to better serve the Banks of California and the Pacific Rim. In 1988 Ron purchased his first property in Los Angeles. With over 15 years of experience on Wall Street in International Finance, Ron is extremely knowledgeable in interest rates, market trends and the art of negotiation. A licensed Realtor since 1999, Ron is a seasoned agent who understands his clients' goals and dedicates himself to delivering results. Ron has represented a variety of clientele from the high profile celebrities, Hollywood industry executives to first time condo buyers who appreciate his positive energy, integrity and thorough personal service. Ron serves the entire Los Angeles metro area and specializes in the San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, the Westside, and Malibu communities. He has provided in-depth presentations on such topics as Energy (conservation, efficiency, and renewable energy as it applies to framing, insulation, windows, water heating, appliances, heating/cooling and lighting), Resource Conservation (jobsite waste/recycling, landscaping, water conservation, efficient framing, durability, and materials choices), Indoor Air Quality (VOCs, finish materials, ventilation, filtration, mold, and IAQ construction practices), and Developing and Marketing Green (consumer preferences, financial incentives, green loans, marketing tools, effective language, and green business case studies). Ron is a California licensed General Contractor (# 920463), LEED Accredited Professional and Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst. In 2007 Ron co-founded Residential Energy Assessment Services (REAS), Inc.
