Seller reviewMike and Lu did a wonderful job of placing the house on the market at a good price, especially considering the special circumstances of the sale. He had a great backup plan in case any offer fell through, which the first one did. We had called several realtors in the area, but they were the only ones that took the extra step to follow through and send a note with their business card. He explained each step clearly and in great detail, along with the logic and reasoning behind it.
