This Brokerage made buying then later selling my house as easy and stress free as possible. I'd recommend this brokerage and more specifically Ashley Collins. She got us into a house and got us the best deal when we put it up on the market a year later. She amazing in all aspects 10/10! Being in the house for such a short time makes it difficult to resale without losing what you put into it but Ashleigh fought for us and came out on top. Would recommend to anyone! Very personable and was a pleasure to work with! I can't even explain my appreciation for these ladies. Very thankful for their help!

Shanel and Ashleigh helped us buy a home here in Minot... we were coming from Tampa, FL so it was a big change and it happened quickly. We weren't able to be there in person to view any homes and the market was changing so quickly. They helped find us a home that met many of our wants and needs (including a great location which we definitely couldn't have found without them given our situation) and helped us put an offer in the same day they did a FaceTime walk-through with us. They've helped us with some guidance on things around the area since we've moved in. They were both great advocates for us as buyers. Always positive, helpful, and prompt. I chose Ashleigh and Shanel due to their excellent job in finding my house 2.5 years ago. They knew that I would be living there for only 2.5 years, and needed a house for when I was building the Trinity Hospital. They worked well with the price range I had given them. They new I could qualify for a much more expensive house, but they never tried to sell up a bigger house. They stayed within my range and found me the perfect house. The house needed some work. My other criteria was buying a house that was less than market, knowing that I would remodel while working in Minot. The house came out beautiful!! And I was able to receive a sizable profit when selling the house. Ashleigh and Shanel should commended for finding me the perfect house for my short stay in Minot. We know that Century 21 has many excellent agents. But to know Ashleigh and Shanel personally, if we were to ever buy a house in Minot again, they would be the ones we would chose. The house sold in one day!!! At the asking price!! Also they were able to negotiate down the sellers costs of closing to the new buyers. This was a tricky house to sell. The house is really a duplex, with two serperate owners. But it is legally setup as a condo, with a common water line. This added complexity to the sale as they had to work with the neighboring condo owner to get the sale done. Ashlieigh and Shanel had a plan of how to work through these complexities, and got the deal done!!
