She would send me recommendations, and used her expertise to guide me. Ms. Jones was personable, and got to know my whole family through the process. She also knew when to go to bat for me, and I felt well represented during negotiations and at the closing table. Overall excellent!!

I had to overcome a challenging loan situation, but Ms. Jones was extremely patient with us throughout our process. She comes off very friendly and approachable and I felt comfortable that she had our best interest in mind when helping to select our home. She also took the time to answer any questions I had, explaining different aspects of the process that I wasn't familiar with and asking other questions on my behalf to 3rd parties we dealt with. She was an extreme pleasure to work with and although I have no intention of moving in my foreseeable future, I would recommend Ms. Jones to others.
