Prior to starting my real estate business David was an Advertising & Marketing Director for a Fortune 125 petroleum and food service retailer as well as a frozen beverage company. His years of advertising and marketing experience have proven to be a valued part of his success as a REALTOR.
On a personal level, David is the father of four beautiful daughters, one amazing son and one great son-in-law, and perhaps best of all he is the grandfather of two incredible little girls. Keeping Her Balance Guylaine understands and cares very deeply for families. Her priorities are firmly rooted in what really matters in this life. When asked to name her greatest accomplishment, she quickly defers to her grown children, Marie-Claude and Guillaume, and their successes. She is happily married to her husband Daniel, whom she met on a blind date. Daniel was obviously smitten from the beginning, and still is. They married in the summer of 1980. her family's at the heart of everything she does and hopes to do.
Guylaine works hard, but she plays hard as well. She is an accomplished dancer and loves aerobics and weight training. She and Daniel are also very active in their church.

I have been in the real estate business for over 33 years and have a broad and diverse knowledge of both the commercial and residential arena. I started my career working for a commercial developer where I learned about land development, sales, leasing and managing commercial real estate including joint ventures and forming investment groups. Additionally, I worked with lenders and managed at risk commercial properties before they entered the foreclosure market.
I was the Supervisor of Building Operations for The Methodist Hospital where I handled leasing and management operations for medical and retail tenants in two large medical office buildings in the Texas Medical Center. I entered one of my buildings in a competition for Building of the Year and was one of the finalists in Texas.
As a Senior Property Manager for Memorial Hermann Hospital, I managed a portfolio of commercial office buildings in excess of over 2,000,000 square feet of office space.
I am currently associated with Century 21 Realty Partners where I work as a Buyers Agent as well as a Sellers Agent. My strong points are negotiation, staging and preparing a home for sale, getting a transaction completed on time and always trying to get the best deal for my client!
To stay abreast of the latest technology and provide my clients with expert advice and guidance, continuing education has always been one of my top priorities. I have studied extensively and completed over 1,300 hours of educational real estate courses which qualifies me to take the Broker's exam.
Additionally, in order to broaden my field of expertise, I have earned several designations. I have obtained the nationally recognized Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Graduates have completed courses offered by the Texas Association of Realtors in specialized subjects such as legal issues, finance, marketing, professional standards and utilizing modern technology tools.
