The property was originally owned by Princeville Ranch (AmFac) and was used for cattle grazing. Eventually the property was annexed off and purchased by the legendary Harry Weinberg Philanthropic Foundation. It was then developed and represented by Bill Dornbush of Dornbush & Co.
