Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization, recently held a grand launch event in the Czech Republic.
The CENTURY 21® Czech Republic team, led by President Ales Mazgaj, celebrated its rapid growth in the Czech Republic with an evening reception at the U.S. Ambassador’s residence in Prague. The Czech management team, consisting of Robert Mazgaj, Lubomir Milek, Petr Suchanek and Stepan Gjuric, has granted 38 franchises since first entering the Czech market in November 2008.

In a speech at the event, Mary Thompson, charges d’affaire, U.S. Embassy – Prague, congratulated CENTURY 21 Czech Republic for its leadership in helping to build strong business relationships outside the United States. Chris Kervandjian, vice president of international service and operations for Century 21 Real Estate LLC, and Gus Rubio, Realogy’s executive vice president of global services, were on hand to help commemorate the grand launch in the Czech Republic.
The CENTURY 21 System now provides real estate services in 67 countries and territories worldwide, including the Czech Republic and 12 other European nations: Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, England, France, Greece, Latvia, Luxembourg, Poland, Scotland and Turkey.
