Innovative Mother-in-Law ad campaign wins "Best Real Estate Online Ad"

Parsippany, N.J. (Apr 21, 2009) — Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the world’s
largest residential real estate sales organization, is proud to announce that its Mother-in-Law advertisement won
the “Best Real Estate Online Ad” at the
Internet Advertising Competition, produced by the Web Marketing Association*.

The Mother-in-Law series highlights the
company’s advanced mapping features by taking a lighthearted look at how one might use its pinpoint mapping technology
to draw specific lines on map to avoid living near the dreaded mother-in-law.
