Adrienne was born and raised in Miami, Florida and obtained her Florida Real Estate license in 1998. In 2002 after selling and leasing homes for 4 1/2 years her husband Tim was transferred with the Army to Anchorage, Alaska where they lived for 3 years and welcomed their beautiful son Austin. They moved to Maryland in 2005 and she became a leasing agent while getting to know the area. In 2007 she obtained her Maryland Real Estate license and became a Property Manager for privately owned homes throughout Maryland. After managing homes for 4 years she decided to get back to her true passion of selling real estate. Adrienne views real estate as a job and a hobby as she thoroughly enjoys helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends including her 4 legged crew. Adrienne is an avid animal lover and advocate for animal rescue. She has fostered, foster failed and adopted many cats and dogs along the way and is currently the proud mom to 3 rescue dogs and 4 rescue cats. She also enjoys painting, hiking and traveling whenever possible. Adrienne serves home buyers and sellers throughout Maryland specializing in Residential Real Estate. She is an Accredited Buyers agent and a Military Relocation Specialist. Adrienne prides herself in honestly, dependability, trustworthiness and views customer satisfaction as her main priority.

Buyer reviewAdrienne is hands down the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Granted, I am a first time homebuyer, but she was extremely helpful and an invaluable aid for this transaction. Constantly providing me listings to check out and always able to be reached. Her knowledge of every aspect of real estate transactions is amazing. She also has a great network of contacts for the other aspects of purchasing a home. 12/10, amazing at her craft. I will absolutely be recommending her to anyone I know looking for a home.

Buyer reviewTruth be told the picture of Adrienne with her dog had us hooked. Finding her online my husband and I based our choice on her great reviews and her picture. Upon first calling Adrienne Schroeder was on it. Respectful, responsible, and an overall great fit. Working with her was great and she heard each one of our wants for the home we envisioned. She was patient, and always thorough when giving us information. Knowledgeable on homes, areas, resources, and basic inspection information. She wasn't afraid to give people a call and get us the information we needed. She is always professional and timely as well as personable. Despite knowing she is working with other people it never seemed we weren't important. We always felt heard, never felt pushed, and she never made anything about her commission. Overall she is unbiased and worked and respected us despite our young age. She made our home buying experience great and allowed us to feel comfortable and informed. A huge shout out to her for ALWAYS being the first to show as soon as a home hit the market. Lastly, she supported us during our closing and stayed on top of all parties involved. Even right at the end she checked with us to ensure we were informed, aware, and fully understood. I would recommend Adrienne Schroeder to anyone searching for a home!
