Adrienne was born and raised in Miami, Florida and obtained her Florida Real Estate license in 1998. In 2002 after selling and leasing homes for 4 1/2 years her husband Tim was transferred with the Army to Anchorage, Alaska where they lived for 3 years and welcomed their beautiful son Austin. They moved to Maryland in 2005 and she became a leasing agent while getting to know the area. In 2007 she obtained her Maryland Real Estate license and became a Property Manager for privately owned homes throughout Maryland. After managing homes for 4 years she decided to get back to her true passion of selling real estate. Adrienne views real estate as a job and a hobby as she thoroughly enjoys helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends including her 4 legged crew. Adrienne is an avid animal lover and advocate for animal rescue. She has fostered, foster failed and adopted many cats and dogs along the way and is currently the proud mom to 3 rescue dogs and 4 rescue cats. She also enjoys painting, hiking and traveling whenever possible. Adrienne serves home buyers and sellers throughout Maryland specializing in Residential Real Estate. Seller reviewAdrienne was amazing. She was always available when we needed her - and we frequently had to jump on showings fast! She understood what we were looking for - including our redlines and where we were flexible - and made some great recommendations. She was so patient with us in this crazy market and stuck with us through so many showings and offers, and was creative in helping us put together the best offer possible while respecting our limits. When it was time to sell our house, Adrienne made the process a breeze. Most of it happened while we were on vacation! We would highly recommend Adrienne Schroeder to anyone, and would absolutely use her again.

She has very deep knowledge about the housing market and helped us visit a variety of houses. When, with her help, we found the house we eventually bought, her advice on everything from price to inspections to the settlement process was essential, and we never regretted relying on it. She guided us through the paperwork, mostly online, and made it seem easy. We were doing a lot of this from another state rather than in person, so we were impressed by Adrienne Schroeder's quick responsiveness to questions and concerns, at any time of day or any day of the week. Seller reviewAdrienne is incredible! We needed to sell our home quickly and we were on a tight budget. Almost everything went wrong that was out of our control but Adrienne always knew how to handle it. The buyer's agent was difficult, and our basement flooded a few days before closing so we had to extend the date by about 3 weeks. Through all of this, Adrienne kept reassuring us and always talked out all of our options on how to progress. We chose her because she was our agent when we purchased that home two years prior. She is awesome! Both times working with her were great!
