Seller reviewWe had engaged Beverly 3 years ago (2020) as our buyer agent and again this year (2023) as our seller agent. Whether an agent for the buyer or the seller, Beverly is very patient, professional/personable, readily accessible/approachable, highly knowledgeable, suggests/recommends actions when necessary and can get things moving along from finding lenders to hiring contractors. Beverly is a very valuable asset to have on your side. We most certainly appreciate Beverly and her team. Although it took longer to sell considering the overall market fluctuations, Beverly did a really great job in price planning, timely photo/virtual video taking and negotiating. We would also mention and thank Brooklyn who took the virtual video and Sue Ellen for being on standby when Beverly was on vacation. We never felt neglected. We were always at ease with little to no anxieties with Beverly and the staff throughout the process. It was an amazing, very stress-free experience. Thank you Beverly & staff for that. It is greatly appreciated. Awesome job!! All these really shone through in Beverly. We are really impressed.

Seller reviewWe are an older couple and Beverly always came to our house to help us complete the paperwork previous to closing. My hands shake when I write so Beverly was so kind to fill out the paperwork for me. I have recommended her to my cousin that will probably be ready to move soon, I have moved quite a few times before moving to Salado and never have had a realtor that I now call my friend. She is the best!
