I have been in the real estate industry for over 43 years having worked as a legal assistant, settlement processor, title agent, loan officer, loan closer and now Realtor®. I thoroughly enjoy working with buyers to find their DREAM HOME!!! I love meeting new people and finding homes that meet their expectations. It isn't always easy . . . but I'm always up for a challenge! I currently reside in the Rhoadesville area of Orange County, VA with my husband of 10 years, Nolan. To Wendy and I, Dawn quickly became more than just our agent. More importantly, she and Nolan became our friends. We worked together for several years together until we ultimately decided to build. When we collaborated with Dawn on the timing and price point for the sale of our current home, she was very helpful and provided good input and guidance. Dawn has worked with us for 2+ years trying to locate a suitable home. It's been a tough market but Dawn knew what we were looking for and brought numerous homes to the table for us to look at. She was very responsive throughout the process and Wendy and I just "hit it off" with her and Nolan. We ultimately decided to build and had Dawn work us through the lot purchase successfully.
