Buyer reviewWe found the house on realtor.com and it happened to be Ms. Baker who was selling it; as it would turn out she was a great realtor to work with who took whatever measures necessary to ensure our questions were answered and the deal went smoothly. She was very knowledgeable regarding the property and most importantly she was NOT pushy. This was the first time we purchased a house and the last thing my wife or I wanted was an agent trying to push us into buying a house just for the sake of selling it. Ms. Baker was extremely patient and explained each step of the process to us which made an otherwise stressful more easy to deal with; especially considering that we are not from the area and had to do everything online. We would absolutely work with Ms. Baker again should the need arise and would recommend anyone else looking for a house in the area do so as well.

Seller reviewEvonne is the BEST!! We adore her! She helped us sell our Spring Lake house and then helped us buy our Green City House (both in 2008). We had absolutely no reservations about asking her to sell our rental house in Green City a few days ago and will 1000% have her sell our primary residence when we move to WV in less than 3 years. She has treated our properties the same as she would a multimillion dollar property. She works hard and keeps us informed every step of the way. Give her a raise! We love you Evonne!! :)
