I had alot of things going on at once and he knew we would need to have the sale happen as quick and flawless as possible. Geoffrey was very knowledgable of how to properly market my home as well as work with myself and the lender, and title company to gather the extra documentation needed to make it a smooth closing. Overall, excellent client experience and I will be happy to recommend Geoffrey's services to my friends and family.

We were purchasing our home while we were out of state and were relying on Geoff to pretty much take care of everything since we couldn't be there. He went above and beyond for us and I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to walk us through this process and buy a home before we ever even saw it in person. We have been in the house for a little over a week now and we absolutely love it. We could not recommend Geoff Leach enough as a good, trusted, and knowledgeable realtor!
