He is very,very good at social media and marketing, and he should be your role model for your real estate company!! The broker and associated real estate agents work in the presence of someone with much to teach them. Ask yourself, why would one customer chose the same agent, over and over and over and over again? You can get that answer in the form a keynote address at this years company holiday party, where I suspect you will hear him explain.
