Personal Profile
John Montemayor is a retired Marine and a resident of Northern Virginia for more than two decades. He has lived in in Prince William, Stafford, and Fauquier County. Between working previously at the Pentagon and having family in Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, and Warren County, he understands the area and is excited to share his first-hand knowledge with his clients. He has experienced over 17 military relocations and can personally relate to service members, federal employees, and contractors relocating to the Northern Virginia area. He looks forward to working with you to find your particular real estate wants and needs. Seller reviewI first met John when he helped a neighbor with closing on her townhome. At that time, she had very high regard for John and the ease she had in the closing because of him. Since then, my husband sold his home through John and we purchased our current home with him. There was no question in our mind who we would work with in selling our townhome (most recent sale) in addition to other property transactions we are currently pursuing. John is great at communication, great at helping us to understand the pros and cons of each decision we make with the townhouse, and working to get the best net proceeds after sale. He is not only a trusted realtor, but now a trusted friend.

The VA lender threw us a couple curves and John saw them coming. We already handed his card to friends and neighbors.
