Seller reviewJudy McCoy was terrific. She was always available and answered all our questions, no matter how stupid I am sure some of them seemed to her. Judy is very personable, knowledgeable, and overall a pleasure to work with. We had spoken to agents at other brokers, and were not excited at all about the prospect of working with any of them. We are very glad we decided to call Judy who had been referred to us by a member of the family. One of Judy's biggest assets was her willingness to listen to us. If she disagreed, she would take the time to explain her position which always turned out to be correct. Additionally, we found Judy to be extremely accessible. Whether we left an email or a voice mail message, Judy always got back to us in a timely manner. That was extremely important to us. In conclusion, if we ever have a need to buy or sell property again, would definitely go with Judy McCoy. Have already recommended her to two people.

She explained everything and stayed on top of every step and anticipated issues before they arose so that they never became issues. She truly knew what she was doing and had our best interest at heart. She was working for us 100% of the time. She was absolutely excellent and earned every penny of her commission. I highly recommend Judy to anyone looking for an agent. She is top notch. THis home was part of an estate. She had to work with me as the attorney and the decedent's heirs. It was not an easy situation but Judy made it as easy as it could possibly be. She kept all parties completely informed and provided suggestions to keep the sales moving forward. It was not an easy sale but she got it done and done far beyond our expectations. I highly, highly recommend Judy. She is one of the best, if not the best agent I have worked with, and I work with a lot in my line of work.
