Seller reviewJudith was available 24/7 even when out of state during the holidays. You will not find a better real estate agent in the state of Florida. Some people struggle to give 100%. Judith just naturally and tirelessly gives her clients 1000%. She is quite simply the greatest at her profession. I wish I had more properties to sell.

Seller reviewThis sale was difficult because it was from an estate, had lot line configuration issues, trust attorney issues, issues with the family trust, etc. Judith Mccoy (Judy) did a great job of keeping everyone positive and guiding us through the process. I honestly question if another Agent would have been able to navigate the obstacles and personalities involved to complete this sale.
