I am a full time Realtor since 2004, with over 16 years of experience. I am originally from New York City, and I've been living in the Tampa area, where I work, since 1990 and I am very familiar with its surrounding counties. My background as a corporate Network sales engineer, where I interacted with customers on every level, has provided me with the skills to be successful in real estate. Understanding needs and being able to communicate both verbally and in writing while being an active listener, are all essential to satisfying my customers. Seller reviewOne of the best things that Julio did and there were many, was that he kept me informed. I always knew he was just a phone call away. He recommended and contacted painter for the unit. This was very helpful as I lived pretty far away. He made me feel comfortable in my decision to have him sell my property. Excellent communicator. He always made me feel like I was the only customer who mattered even though I'm sure he had many others that he made feel the same way. He has a special way with people.
