I am a full time Realtor since 2004, with over 16 years of experience. I am originally from New York City, and I've been living in the Tampa area, where I work, since 1990 and I am very familiar with its surrounding counties. My background as a corporate Network sales engineer, where I interacted with customers on every level, has provided me with the skills to be successful in real estate. Understanding needs and being able to communicate both verbally and in writing while being an active listener, are all essential to satisfying my customers. Buyer reviewJulio is the best. He will save you money, he will save you precious time and he will make sure that you avoid mistakes that will sap your finances. He will communicate with you in a very timely fashion. He will always be courteous, kind, understanding, polite, trustworthy, patient, knowledgeable and all those other great words that you use to describe an outstanding indiviual. He is at the top of the top in every category (good ones). He goes above and beyond and does more than he has too to help you. For instance I wanted to make an offer on a house on the weekend when Julio had taken some days off and was out of the area. He put his vacation on hold and made it happen when he didn't have to. That is the kind of person he his. He puts others before himself. He will take care of his clients like they were close family and by the time one gets done buying a house through Julio you feel like he is family. He is simply the best.
