Seller reviewKaki Lybbert was very professional and had a real knowledge on working with and finding buyers for the right price. Everything that needed to be done was done quickly and with no issues. Kaki was always professional and willing to explain anything that I was having trouble understanding. All our communication was cordial and clear so that I knew what was in process and what was going to be happening next. She gave the impression that she really wanted to help me.

Buyer reviewKaki Lybbert and Judge Fite Realty were an absolute pleasure to work with as we searched for a new house in the DFW area. We were brand new to Texas, coming from New England, and everything from the culture to housing is about as different as you can get while still being in the USA. We needed a lot of help understanding the buying process in Texas, and we wanted to learn more bout the DFW area, and Kaki, along with her team, helped in every way. Buying real estate is a stressful and confusing process and being able to have a great relationship and experience with your realtor goes a long way to an enjoyable and stress-free process. We had a lot of fun working with Kaki and with her expertise and fantasist personality, we would recommend her and her team to anyone!

Seller reviewKaki and Liz both new exactly where the market stands with homes in that area, however would make changes for me if I preferred too. They made those changes and upped my price on the home and they were exactly right about the sales price. I should have listed the home for a slightly lower price due to the time of year, so they were right in the first place and I should have listened and could have sold the property in less time.
