Hi, I'm Karen Buchanan and I specialize in marketing and selling homes, whether for first-time homebuyers or that luxury home in the Canyon Lakes and South Richland area. Karen was born in the Midwest and moved to the Tri-Cities with her family in the early 1960s. She proudly graduated as a Bomber from Richland High School and believes in the claim "once a Richland Bomber always a Richland Bomber"! Over thirty years ago while working at Hanford, Karen met and then married her husband. They live in Richland with their 3 Maine Coon cats and occasionally show their boys in cat shows throughout the Northwest. Karen brings an authentic, caring, and personal approach to her real estate clients.
