She never got frustrated with us even when the details of the transaction got difficult. Ours was not a large purchase, but it felt like it was the most important transaction she had ever done. That is true customer service and I appreciate Karen Munn for her professionalism. Both the buyer and the seller were represented by century 21, but we never felt like Karen was influenced by that fact.
