She carefully relies on her senses and vast background of experience, takes the time to go back and forth in her road map of thinking through the logistics of my desires and her pulse on the market in my area and juxtaposed my wishes with her gutt feelings and made her decision and went with it. Everything went just as planned, even better! Karen's communications to everyone involved, which she shared with me, step by step, assured me she was primed and on top of everything! She was caring, heartfelt and honest and timely in her approach to us all. Hands down, I have already referred her to a friend, Tom Sheets, who successfully just sold his house with her help. She helped him find another home, roo, which he is extremely satisfied with. In fact, now that I'm remembering, Tom had been happily sold a house by Karen, previously, 7 years ago, after I had recommended her to him, after hearing about her kindness from my parents, her neighbor!

The write up on our property was great, the pictures were great. And the house sold quickly. And that was our goal: to sell quickly. Not only did it sell fast but we got a great price. Very knowledgeable on the area we were looking in, always responds in texts or calls, easy with setting everything up from docusign documents to actual closing. She works late too which fits in with our lifestyle. Highly recommended. She sold my son a house too, before we bought ours and they were completely satisfied and recommended Karen.
