Seller reviewKatie Grant was super communicative, attentive and knowledgeable from our first meeting to closing! She made the entire selling process so simple. I never had to worry that anything would fall through the cracks and knew she would (and did) advocate for me throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Katie went above and beyond explaining the different offers we received and helping me get every dollar she could! She made it seem simple but I know she was doing a lot of negotiating on my behalf behind the scenes with the offers. She always kept me well informed at every turn. Buyer reviewThis was the first time we ever purchased a home and we had zero knowledge of what was expected, our lender was a nightmare and didn't put our minds at ease on anything, I would find myself crying because I was so frustrated and I was texting Katie all the time with my frustration and she went above and beyond to help us! She did things that weren't even her responsibility they were my lenders responsibility but she took it on to help us. I can't thank her enough for all she did for us, I would def use her again and recommend her to everyone I know! It's hard these days to find real honest and caring people and that's what we got with Katie! She is definitely a gem!
