Seller reviewKoi Tasaniyom did an exceptional job despite the market not being in a seller's favour. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to Chicago real-estate. Not only did he know the market really well, he knew what would make our estate more appealing in a difficulty market and moreover, he was very well versed in the process. Moreover he was extremely patient and explained the processes that may be unknown to the seller or slightly difficult to understand. He provided excellent advise and the entire process was smooth. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a real-estate agent (buying or selling). His priority is always you!

Seller review1.Speak the same language(Thai),so make us better understanding. 2.Educate the way of real estate trading system in Chicago particularly,since I am not US citizen. 3.Inform the price quotation from time to time including price changes (if any). 4.Provide long distance service, he arrange the asscesment payment on my behalf ,when I temporary return back to Thailand.
