Seller reviewWe had a very difficult buyer who asked for an 2 week close, but kept moving the close date for about a month. The buyer and his agent were not very transparent. Despite these obstacles, Laura Marie Captain r ER kept the buyer and his agent accountable and made sure to communicate to us throughout the whole process. Laura Marie went above and beyond to make sure we close and she was proactive with her negotiation strategy and ended up closing! Highly recommend Laura Marie for your realtor needs!
