Linwood from the beginning was very patient with us being first time home buyers. He worked really hard and found a piece of land that met our needs in Stella. Just when we thought we would wait a little longer to find a house he found our house in Stella. I am sure he did a lot of research to find that parcel. We are very happy that he did find the land and helped us get the house we always wanted. He was open in all communications throughout the process and could be counted on when we had a questions because we had plenty of them along the way. I will say that he was pretty patient with us being new to home buying. I will recommend him in the future to friends if they decide to start looking for a home.
