Mary is an optimist and has been blessed with many great experiences in her life. Raised in upstate New York by southern parents. Her father being an engineer and mother a successful Real Estate agent it is no wonder she has a passion for people and desire to resolve any issue that stops her from success. Mary has had a diverse professional career with over 30 years of sales, marketing, hospitality management experience, she was also a successful Chef and restauranteur as well as sharing her knowledge through teaching continuing education. Mary moved to North Carolina after many years living in South Carolina to pursue another chapter. She met and married her husband, a retired Marine. Falling in love with this beautiful coastal region , she enjoys beach combing, riding motorcycles to find new cool shopping and eating venues as well as new real estate to list and sell . Fulfilling her life dream and passion of being a real estate broker. Buyer reviewMary is approachable, she is not pushy, yet she is eager to work with you. Mary has a lot of real estate knowledge and is willing to take the time to explain things. She is also familiar with the general Coastal Carolina area which helped to ensure we were searching in the right areas, and provide the "locals perspective" when appropriate. Being a first time home buyer, I appreciated all that, and most importantly I did not feel like she was taking advantage of my naive status.

Buyer reviewMary was incredible considering all that was thrown her way. She handled it with grace and tactfulness. When my wife and I were ready to throw in the towel (when offer after offer kept getting turned down) she never let us forget our real reason for wanting to purchase our retirement home at this time. She kept plugging away. She went out of her way to visit homes and take photos and pull up inspection reports for us to view especially when it wasn't convenient for us to drive to Jacksonville in person. She has TENACITY and this is a VERY GOOD quality in a real estate agent. We would recommend anyone we might know or meet in the future to work with Mary Lorencz. Mary you were AWESOME girl!!!
