My ignorance of the current housing market and changing conditions almost cost me the chance to stop renting, purchase my dream house and make life great again for me and my kids. My kids have never been happier. I've never felt more sure about the decision to choose her as my realtor and buy this house at this time. Had I waited for rates to drop or a better house or to save more then I'd still be renting a tiny 3 bedroom apartment for more than my mortgage and HOA.
