I was a first time seller and was very nervous about the whole process. I have only been divorced about 2.5 years and was worried about my ex resurfacing and complicating the sale and equity transfer. There ended up being no issue at all and it was it was just my fear manifesting that worry. The grace and patience Myrick had with me is a testament to his caring nature and understanding towards his clients. He responded to every text and took every phone call when possible. We had two offers within 8 hours of listing and an overwhelming amount of viewings in such a short amount of time! It was crazy. I'm so glad I don't have to sell another house for a while, but when I do Myrick Thibodeaux will be my go to realtor.
