I am proud to be a part of CENTURY 21 Realty Partners. My clients are very important to me, each and everyone become a part of my family. I retired after 30 years of the corporate world in 2012. I became a realtor to help make the process of purchasing or selling a home a pleasant experience not a stressful one. I have received the Quality Service Award 2014, Quality Service Pinnacle Award 2015 and Top Producer Masters Ruby 2015. C-21 has received the JD Powers Awards for Buyer/Seller Home Satisfaction 3 years in a row --from 1st time buyers, repeat buyers, 1st time sellers and repeat sellers. We received this award because we focus on you: the client. I live in The Woodlands area with my husband. I have 2 grown children and 2 grand daughters and 1 grand son. In addition to The Woodlands, I work with clients throughout Northwest Harris and Montgomery Counties including Magnolia, Montgomery, Conroe, Spring, Humble,Kingwood,Tomball, Richmond, Katy and Cypress.

Seller reviewI met Rainy about 10 years ago I was looking for a realtor on google, I called many realtors and ask about properties non of them where willing to help me. So when I called Rainy I told her what I was looking for and out of all the agents I spoke with, she was the only one willing to helped me. She started sending me properties we found one and she was there all the step of the way . We always kept in touch throughout FB. Then about 8 years later I contacted her again and she helped me buy a home ans sell a home. She also helped my brother-in-law to purchase a home. She's always there for us. She is part of our family.

My son is a toddler and he loved her, too. She was patient, thorough, caring, and very much our advocate. She clearly understands the industry and the area and is both realistic and honest. I highly recommend Rainy, and we will be working with her again in the future.

Buyer reviewRainy has a great personality. Very easy going and patient. Before really working with Rainy, I tried 6 other agents. She was the best among all of them. And she is really the best. She really listened to what I wanted and helped us learn how things are done in TX. She did not push us in to purchasing any home; and we looked at a lot of homes. We have dealt with agents before, for closing and buying and they are always good until you get an offer, then they are no longer good. Rainy was excellent from start to finish. And believe me, I have very high expectations. She met all our expectations: punctual, responsible, knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, hard worker, great negotiator. I think she is the best out there. We would use her again in a heart bit.
