Rob, a seasoned Real Estate Broker, joined Century 21 Advantage in July 2021. He has been practicing Real Estate locally for 5 years. Rob has a sincere desire to provide top-notch service to his clients. His approach to orchestrating real estate deals is very simple with a complete client satisfaction guarantee. Rob is a lifelong learner, in order to stay on top of an evolving Real Estate landscape continuing Real Estate education & training is crucial. Most recently, he has successfully completed the Leadership academy through the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois. He also completed the CWi 2EX course on Commitment to Excellence in Real Estate through the National Association of Realty.
Prior to the real estate industry Rob worked in construction as a tradesman. He was in this trade for six plus years, obtaining a vast amount of information and knowledge. In high school, Rob was part of the Belleville Community Development Corporation (BCDC). The BCDC is a membership organization that supports and advances businesses and community interests, as well as the quality of life in Belleville and surrounding communities. As a hardworking dedicated student, he was awarded a scholarship from the BCDC. He has continued to use this work ethic, to serve his clients with the best service possible.

Buyer reviewRobert insisted that we walk every inch of the group of properties that were up for consideration. We walked every inch, and im talking not just every room, but the crawl spaces, exterior, every inch of the property. By doing so this set me up for a successfull purchase. I negotiatied the price based on several items that were uncovered during this process. If this had been skipped I would have overpaid for the properties. I feel the sale price was fair for both parties, after the negotiations. Without the thoroughness, I might have overpaid and then had to pay out of pocket on some costly repairs. A good realtor can save you money in the long run!

Seller reviewRob was great in all aspects of selling the property. He is very friendly and goes out of way to make things happen. He even did some work to get the house ready for sale. Most impressive was he actually answered his phone virtually every time we called. He continually kept up posted on everything. Great agent, definitely gets a "A " from me.
