He had great suggestions on what repairs/improvements would get the best return on investment, and how to best present the house for listing. We ended up with over 60 viewings, 25 offers at or above asking price, and were under contract within 3 days of listing! Ultimately we sold for $35K over asking price and Bob certainly deserves credit for that based on his knowledge of the local real estate market!
