Once my offer was accepted, Bob continued to guide me through the inspection process and went above and beyond to make sure all permits and other inspection items were in order. He even discovered an error in the listing - which had the property incorrectly listed as sewer when it was in fact septic. Because he discovered the listing error before my purchase, I was able to have the septic inspected and it turned out that it needed to be replaced. His due diligence saved me thousands of dollars! In addition to helping me find a home, Bob also guided me through the mortgage process and gave me useful information in selecting the right loan for me as well as gave me advice on what questions I should be asking of my lender. He stayed on top of my lender during the mortgage process to make sure they were processing documents in a timely manner so that I would be able to close by my contract date.
