She anticipated my thoughts and needs, and she offered me peace of mind through her calmness and reassuring words. She went out of her typical area of work, and showed us a variety of houses until we found just the right one. She was always a very positive and cheerful person. I think that it will be a long time before we buy or sell a house again, but if we do, I will have Robin take care of it for us again.

Robin handled many aspects of the sale of the Sumerduck house and our move to the house we owned but had been renting that went, we felt, what was well beyond what we would have expected. Unfailingly helpful! This was the 5th real estate transaction she handled for us (2 sales and 2 purchases) and she again provided outstanding service. We don't do repeat business with someone unless the previous experiences fully warrant our continued business! Beyond excellent. 20 on a scale of 10!
