Seller reviewWe have known Sandy Cook for quite some time, so when it was time for us to sell our home it was nice to have someone we knew, who was also local, to sell our home. Sandy jumped right in and got to work quickly on getting our home to market. She was attentive, understanding of our needs, and really listened to what we needed and wanted from the sale. I am certain her knowledge of the area and the relationship she has with her peers in the business were contributing factors in how quickly our home sold. The entire process was actually pretty smooth! Sandy took the time to answer all of our questions and we feel she really had our best interest at heart while working through this sale. For her attentiveness and desire to get us what we needed from the sale I would highly recommend her to my friends and family and I am certain she will provide the same care and attention she gave to us! Thank you so much Sandy, we are loving our new home so much, and we would not be in it if you hadn't sold our previous home - we will not forget that!

Buyer reviewWell Mrs. Cook's knowledge of her profession is obvious when dealing with her. She has great network of other professionals in her daily communications. Sandy is excellent in keeping the buyer in the loop, and letting them know what to expect next in the process. Her work ethics is unquestionable. If I were to give Sandy her annual work evaluation, it would have to Outstanding, above satisfactory in every aspect of her job duties.

Buyer reviewSandy is an amazing agent. She worked diligently to meet our requirements for our home. Sandy also made herself accessible when a house would come onto the market and we needed to see it. She provided us contracts in a timely fashion as well as contacted seller agents for a follow up on offers. I feel that she always had our interest at heart. Sandy has got to be one of the most understanding, friendly and patient agents that I have ever encountered! I will highly recommend her to my friends and family. I will also say that it was a nice bonus that Century 21 Olympian offered us a moving truck to use!
