I research the market to find new listings, developments, and community trends. A little about me... I am a beach lover at heart. I enjoy beach music as well as gospel and country. I'm continuing to learn the Carolina "Shag", a dance of Southern Tradition. I guess you can say I am one of the "GRITS"...Girls Raised In The South. I also enjoy walking on the beach for the exercise as well as for the tranquillity. I'm a member of Living Water Baptist Church. I enjoy balance in all areas of my life. I have two children, Bill & Sherri, and four grandchildren, Austin, Hailey, Gianna and Kai. I married my soul mate, Carl Spry, on 09/03/03 and now I truly am "The Spry Agent", both literally and figuratively.

She is intelligent and informed enough to understand market conditions and local real estate "critical information, but yet so professional and friendly you will feel like you are working a great friend. She works 24-7 for you, whether that be when selling your home, or when you are looking for your next dream property. She is confident enough in her own ability that she will actually give you real guidance rather than just pushing for a completed transaction. We could not have asked for better support and Sandy is the only broker that I will ever recommend in the North Myrtle Beach/Myrtle Beach area. She helped us to sell our home and then turned right around and then made us "real estate investors" by finding two great revenue producing properties.
