Prior to Real Estate, I worked 16 years in Retail Management as a Regional Manager in the East and West coast and transitioned into Real Estate in 2010. Mireya Chavarria. She has helped me out by selling two of my homes. I am very grateful for her as my realtor. Me and my husband we didn't know where to start. She had answers for everything. She helped me out with a contractor, painter, and roofer. She helped me get the right items I needed on Amazon and Home Depot to sell my home because I was in a different state. I just ordered it, and it was sent to my home. Me and my family we were running out of money. We using my credit cards. She helped me get a $30,000 loan until my house sold. Mireya went above and beyond her role as realtor. She helped us find the perfect investment property for our budget. She was able to negotiate a property that had multiple offers, delivering when all seemed lost. This is the fourth time we've used Mireya, I would definitely use her again. With Mireya we've had many firsts: buying a Dupelx, Triplex, 6plex, and now a Manufactured home/lot. I'm looking forward to our next deal with Mireya Chavarria.
