Yvette was an extreme pleasure to work with and my first time home buyer experience hasslefree. From the first phone call to closing, Yvette explained, in detail, everything from the wholistic process, to what specific documents were and what they meant. While, I work in the banking industry, Yvette does a great job in explaining the process in laymans's terms. not to mention, Yvette successfully negotiated items to ensure my comfortability.

Prior to buying a home, the thought of the process and having no kowledge of how it worked was slightly intimidating and caused us to feel apprehensive about moving forward. Yvette was thorough, communicative and made sure that we fully understood every step of the homebuying process. She was very patient with showing us homes and making sure we got exactly what we wanted, and never pressured us to move forward if we weren't comfortable. Yvette was always available around the clock to answer any questions that we may have asked more than once (or twice lol), and always gave us a thorough answer. In communication with the sellers, she made sure that our needs were met. From beginning to end, she made the process very easy and enjoyable for us. We never doubted that she had our best interest at heart, and working with her was such a blessing. We've already referred friends and family members to her for her services. When it's time for a new home, we won't hesitate at all to contact her!

Where do I even begin? Yvette was absolutely phenomenal to work with during the entire process. Being first time homebuyers we wanted someone who was very knowledgeable ,prompt and willing to explain all details of the home buying process. I must say Yvette exceeded our expectations. She was always professional yet warm and made us feel welcomed and like family. From the start she always had our best interest at heart. She broke down the process start to finish, and was consistent and thorough during the entire process.
