Samantha moved to Tennessee from Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2011. She briefly studied Psychology and English at the University of New Mexico before coming to the conclusion that her Mother's love of real estate had indeed rubbed off on her. She previously lived in Tennessee as a child and knew that as an adult, Tennessee is where she wanted to end up. She currently lives in Kingston with her two year old daughter, Harper, and their 4 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 ducks.
Samantha prefers to spend her days outside with her daughter, gardening, on the water, or simply kicking a ball around the yard. If she isn't outside, then she is inside organizing, labeling, crafting, or trying to find a few spare minutes to delve into a new world of literature.
After spending the last two years at home with her daughter, Samantha knows all too well, managing time makes all the difference. Juggling her spunky two year old who never seems to stop, all her furry animals, and still being able to find time to keep her house in order really taught Samantha how to organize her day, and everything in it. She understands that time is a necessity that everyone would like more of, and her ability to manage her time to produce fast, accurate results allows those around her to easily depend on her. Samantha is a very positive and empathetic person, and loves spending time really getting to know everyone. Her keen eye for detail and methodical need to organize everything in her sight, ensures her end results are exactly as she meant them to be, even if she has to repeat a task numerous times to get it there. She prides herself on asking questions and believes firmly that if you never ask, you will never know. She loves crafting and is a heavy DIY-er, spending more time than she would like to admit on Pinterest. Her work ethic, patience, and devotion to everyone around her, even those she just met, make it easy to be around her and really rely on her to get any job done.
Samantha works hard because she loves it, and will stop at nothing to get the job done the right way.
