My name is CICELY (pronounced like the island below Italy) LUIS (pronounced like Lewis). I have lived in the Augusta area most of my life. I grew up as an Army brat, moving around the country and the world until relocating to Augusta as a teenager.
I have been a licensed realtor since 1984 and specialize in residential sales - large or small, good or bad condition. A large part of my business consists of marketing bank foreclosures and estate properties. I have first hand knowledge of all phases of home repair and maintenance, which can be very beneficial to both buyers and sellers.
Over the years, real estate transactions have become more complex, and the amount of paperwork required as almost tripled. There are so many facets of a sale, from beginning to end, that it is necessary to work with an agent with knowledge and experience.

Prior to moving to Georgia in 2007, I worked for a national company in New Jersey dealing in international import and export. I handled corporate accounts all over the world and became attuned to people's wants and needs. After transplanting to the south, I began helping my husband start a business from the ground up. Once his company became successful, I turned my focus full force toward growing my Real Estate business.
I take great pride in providing my buyers and sellers with exceptional service and dedication. My greatest satisfaction is helping families find the perfect house that they can turn into a home.

"Xiuzhen" sounds like Suzanne, but you can call me Lu if you want. I am married with three children and I currently reside in Aiken, SC.
Before I came to the real estate profession, I worked in the medical field for years as a Registered Nurse in China and as a Phlebotomist at MCG. My family has lived in North America for 16 years. In 2004, we bought our first home in the CSRA. Since then, exploring the housing market has become part of my daily routine. I came to enjoy spending time driving around neighborhoods to look at houses. After years of looking at houses as a hobby, I decided to buy an investment property that manifested my dreams. My family and I worked on every aspect of that house one step at a time to make it fabulous.
Some hobbies I have other than real estate include discovering antiques, art, decoration, spending time with my kids and encouraging them to be the best they can be. When the kids go to college, I want to live on a large area of land with a pond. There will be horses, goats and gardens on the property. This is my next dream.
I've always been a big fan of real estate. No matter if I'm selling, buying, fixing, remodeling, or finding houses, real estate is my passion and love. Being in real estate truly completes my life.
