However, after our first meeting with Arlene and Neal we were immediately put at ease. Both took care of answering every question and continued to do so, always returning calls immediately. They gave continuous updates on house showings, sales offers, inspection etc. providing their expert knowledge. And they always kept our interests and wants in the forefront. They both sat with us at settlement helping us to understand the documents etc. leading to a smooth and profitable sale of our home.
