Seller reviewWe contacted Arlene and Neal in August, just to get an evaluation on the property and suggested asking price. We purchased in 1992 so this was a different, new and updated experience for us. They were very patient in walking us through all the paperwork. Arlene posted the house on the market around the end of October and we had several showings in November and December. We felt very comfortable asking all kinds of questions and our conversations were always friendly and helpful. When we got the offer on the house, Arlene was definitely working to get the best arrangement for our situation. Communication was almost daily until we came to agreement with the buyers. During the process, we went on vacation and we felt confident Arlene and Neal, with our permission, would finalize the deal. The closing arrangement, with their guidance, was simple and easy. We think that their experience and knowledge were very valuable in completing a successful sale of the property.

Seller reviewI have dealt on and off with Arlene for 5 plus years. Arlene did all the MLS. I believe we got a fair market value based on today's economic environment. During the sales process. Arlene was dealing with some personal family issues. However I feel she handled both personal and business very professionally. I only dealt with Arlene. But clearly she had a support staff behind her. In order to perform her duties. All went well, even after a few failed sales attempts.
